The INSTITUTO TECNOLÓGICO DE SANTO DOMINGO (hereafter INTEC), and the UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO (hereafter UChicago), agree to promote mutual cooperation in education, scientific research and outreach, according to the following clauses
